Observed employee wearing gloves handle raw meat then immediately grab tongs and continue cooking without changing gloves.
Observed large metal pot of shredded cheese on the floor of the walk in cooler.
Observed cambrios stacked wet.
Black microwave starting to rust on inside, top cover missing.
Ice build up on the fan in the walk in freezer.
Buildup on the inside components of dish machine.
Buildup on gaskets through out facility.
Plastic wrap still on the fryer.
Observed holes in the walls throughout kitchen and broken tiles.
Missing baseboard and base boards not attached.
Walls and ceilings need additional cleaning.

Rusted shelves in walk in cooler.
Outside of cooking equipment on the cook head line, walls, ceilings, floors, light switches, hoods, shelving in walk in, dry storage area, pizza prep reach in, racks in the walk in cooler, lid to food container and ice shield need additional cleaning.
Women's bathroom hand sink faucet has a steady drip.
Floors, ceilings, and walls in bad repair. Holes in walls.
