'Speed a Little, Lose a Lot' campaign underway
Deputies with the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office are participating in the North Carolina Governor's Highway Safety Program’s “Speed a Little, Lose a Lot” campaign. Lenoir County currently ranks 21st in crashes across the state, of which many are speed-related.
Deputies participated in the kickoff event on U.S. 70 this morning, along with many agencies across the state. We remind you to slow down, wear your seatbelt and get to your destination safely.
