Greene County Schools to host Careers on Wheels

Snow Hill - Greene County Schools will host their very first Careers on Wheels event this fall. The event is being held at Greene County Intermediate School on November 8th as part of the Greene County CTE Department’s Career Awareness events for 5th-grade students.

Hailey Edwards, Greene County Schools Career Development Coordinator shared “Our Careers on Wheels event will be an interactive hands-on experience where our students can learn all about different types of careers. It’s never too early for students to begin exploring future career options.”

As part of Greene County’s CTE plan, the CTE department is working hard to expose 5th-grade students to different types of careers. They also work to expose those students to the different pathways available to them throughout their middle and high school careers.

If you are willing to help or interested in sharing your career contact Hailey Edwards at the information on the Flyer below.
