Jones Senior High teacher one of Fall 2022 Going Local Grant winners

NC Farm Bureau “Ag in the Classroom” posted the following on their Facebook page:

Christopher Hicks, a teacher from Jones Senior High School in Jones County Public Schools is one of our Fall 2022 Going Local Grant winners.

He will be building an ability garden at the school, a partnership between his agriculture students and the Exceptional Children (EC) students at the school.

President of Jones County Farm Bureau Phillip Howard presented the grant certificate.
