State leaders secure funding for La Grange Arts Council Renovation Project
LA GRANGE, N.C. — Representative Chris Humphrey and Senator Jim Perry joined forces to allocate state funding for the much-anticipated renovation project at the La Grange Arts Council. The announcement was made earlier this week during a ceremonial check presentation attended by Arts Council members, Maxine Cooper, Carol Murphy, Judy Poteat, Rhonda Monsees, and Penny Dawson.
In a show of bipartisan support for the arts and cultural enrichment, Representative Chris Humphrey and Senator Jim Perry worked diligently to secure funding in the state budget for the La Grange Arts Council's renovation initiative.
