NWS: Updated timing and graphics for severe weather threat on January 25th

Storms will impact our western counties starting as early as 3 PM and progress eastward throughout the evening. The area of main concern for strong winds and tornadoes will be east of HWY 17 and south of HWY 264 from 6-11 PM.
