March Continuing Education offerings at Lenoir Community College

Lenoir Community College is offering a variety of short-term training classes in March:

  • Are you an Automotive Technician needing re-certification in Automotive Safety Inspections (ASI) or On Board Diagnostics (OBD)? OBD will be held Tuesday, March 19 and Thursday, March 21 from 6 to 9 p.m. ASI will be held Tuesday, March 26 and Thursday, March 28 from 6 to 10 p.m. The cost of each class is $70.

  • Have you always wanted to learn to ride a Motorcycle? LCC offers  a two-day weekend class to help students get their Motorcycle endorsement from the NCDMV. The Basic Rider Course will be held Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24  from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Cost of class is $135.

  • If you got a speeding ticket this past month you are not out of luck just yet! LCC is offering a defensive driving class Saturday, March 30 from  8 a.m. to noon. Cost of class is $65.

  • Digital Photography beginning March 13 on Wednesdays for eight weeks from 6 to 9 p.m. Cost is $75.

  • QuickBooks beginning March 12 on Tuesdays for eight weeks from 6 to 9 p.m.. Cost is $75.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel beginning March 11 on Mondays for eight weeks from 6 to 9 p.m.. Cost is $75.

  • You're Smarter than Your Smart Phone beginning March 20 on Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. for eight weeks. Cost is $70.

  • Microsoft PowerPoint beginning March 11 on Wednesdays for eight weeks from 6 to 9 p.m. Cost is $75.

  • NCFAST Phase I - Intro to Social Services beginning March 19 on Tuesdays and Thursdays for eight weeks from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Cost is $130. Fee is waived if student is unemployed or underemployed.
