Flies present in kitchen;
Employees observed preparing and handling food while not wearing hair restraints;
Wiping cloths left lying around kitchen and on plate area of buffet - shall be stored in proper strength sanitizer when not in use;
Scoops in flour bins need additional cleaning;
Some sheet pans and plastic produce containers stacked wet;
Back walk-in door is rusty;
Bottom of reach-in refrigerators, bottom of walk-in freezer, shelving and sides/tops of equipment needs additional cleaning;

Flies and one roach seen in kitchen;
Shelving inside of reach-ins and sides of equipment need additional cleaning;
Women’s restroom shall have a trashcan with a lid;
Floors and walls need additional cleaning;
