Alzheimer's and Dementia Awareness Walk set for today in Snow Hill

There will be a fundraiser walk Saturday at the Snow Hill Assisted Living Center Saturday for Alzheimer’s and Dementia Awareness.

The event, which takes place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. will have free food, along with a performance from the Gospel Consolators. The Memory Lane Mobile Recreation and Cillee Vines are partnering with the Living Center in order to put the event together, and all proceeds will go toward helping those affected locally.
