Rep. Chris Humphrey receives committee assignments for NC House

Rep. Chris Humphrey announced that he has received committee assignments for the 2019 Session of the NC General Assembly. “Our leadership team worked with the Speaker of the House to assign members to different committees,” said Humphrey.

“If a bill is introduced in the House, it goes through committees to be heard and voted upon before it is advanced to the floor of the House Chambers for consideration by the full body. Committees play a vital role in the lawmaking process.”

Humphrey has been assigned to serve on the following committees: Agriculture, Appropriations, Health, Energy and Public Utilities, Appropriations - Agriculture and Natural Economic Resources
