Neuse News announces high school football coverage changes

In the wake of Hurricane Florence and subsequent public school closings, Neuse News Publisher BJ Murphy announced the following changes to our high school football coverage:

Friday, September 28th

  • Arendell Parrott at St. David’s - We will have a Facebook Live Audio on www.facebook.com/neusenews by our very own Junious Smith III and Graham Hill. This game starts at 7:00 p.m.

  • Ayden-Grifton at North Pitt - Neuse News Correspondent Scott Cole will attend and file a report. Follow him on Twitter via @scottcolesports. This game starts at 7:00 p.m.

  • Bethel Christian at Lawrence Academy - We will file a report following this game.

  • Follow all the scores and highlights on Twitter using the hashtag #NeuseNewsScores.

Tuesday, October 2nd

  • South Lenoir at Kinston - The Davis Wholesale Tire Game of the Week can be heard LIVE on 960 AM The BULL with hosts Bryan Hanks and Coach Jimmy Smith. This game starts at 7:00 p.m.

  • Greene Central at Farmville Central - Neuse News Correspondent Keith Spence will be attending this game. Follow Keith on Twitter at @keithmspence.

  • We will air the Chris Humphrey Allstate Post Game Show Tuesday night at 11:30 p.m. covering all the analysis from Friday, 9/28 and Tuesday, 10/2.
