Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of La Grange, North Carolina, will hold a public hearing on October 7, 2024, at 6:00 pm for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning the Town Council’s action to revise its rates, fees, or charges as authorized by N.C.G.S §159B-16.1, as follows: adopting a new rate schedule Renewable Energy Generation Rate Schedule Renew Energy Rider, having an Electric System Impact Fee of $0.008 per kWh for all kWh.
