On Thursday, March 16th, 2023 around 11:40 pm Greene County Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle for a stop sign violation at Hwy 903 S and Hull Rd, which lead to a vehicle chase in the Arba area. After chasing the vehicle into Lenoir County, then back into Greene County, the driver, who was later identified as 41 year old Kevin Johnson from the Arba area, abandoned the vehicle near his home and fled into the woods.
