Shelba Grady Hill, 84, is survived by her children, Megan Hill Saint-Amand, Miranda Hill Wiggins and Matthew Hill; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Sunday, Aug. 2, at 4 p.m. at Kinston First Baptist Church, followed by a tea party.
