The Leapfrog Fall Hospital Safety grades have been released and UNC Health Lenoir has earned a “B” based on data from 2021 to 2024. The Leapfrog Group rates healthcare organizations based on hospital prevention of medical errors, infections, and injuries that have the potential to harm patients.
