Two intersections in eastern North Carolina will be converted into all-way stops next week to improve safety.
Safety improvements are coming to a pair of intersections in Greene and Pitt counties next week. The N.C. Department of Transportation will convert N.C. 123 and Four Way Road in Greene County from a two-way stop into an all-way stop. Currently, drivers on N.C. 123 do not have to stop. The conversion is scheduled to begin Monday morning.
