Kinston Health Invites the Community to a Free Community Health Fair
Kinston Health is excited to invite community members and families to attend its Community Health Fair from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 8.
This free community event is designed to promote healthy living while providing families with valuable resources as they prepare for the upcoming school year. Attendees can enjoy a day filled with fun, education, and community fellowship.
Event highlights include:
Free book bag and school supply giveaway (while supplies last)
Food distribution for community members
Healthy food preparation demonstrations provided onsite by East Carolina University (ECU)
A variety of community vendors offering health information, resources, and services
Family-friendly entertainment featuring Flimsy the Clown
"We are committed to improving the health and well-being of our community by connecting families with valuable resources and services," said Anna Kinsey, Community Outreach Director at Kinston Health. "This event is an opportunity for neighbors to come together, have fun, and learn more about the programs and services available to support healthy lifestyles."
Everyone is encouraged to attend and enjoy a fun-filled day of entertainment, education, healthy food, and community engagement. Admission is free, and activities are available for all ages.
