Greene County Museum opens 50 years of needlework exhibit
The Greene County Museum will open its “50 Years of Needlework” exhibit with a public reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20.
As part of the exhibit, the needlework group has prepared a red, white and blue quilt honoring the nation’s 250th anniversary. Visitors will be invited to tie a knot on the quilt and quietly offer a prayer for the country.
The reception and exhibit are open to the public.
