Public Notice: Maintenance Charges, Admin Plan and ACOP HOTMA changes

The Annual Plan of the Housing Authority of the City of Kinston, North Carolina, Maintenance Charges, Admin Plan and ACOP HOTMA changes are available for review for 45 days beginning July 30, 2026 at the Central Office of the Authority located at 608 North Queen Street, Kinston, North Carolina and all Public Housing Manager’s Offices.

A public hearing to present the Plan, Maintenance Charges, Admin Plan and ACOP HOTMA changes and further public comments will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at the Central Office of the Authority located at 608 North Queen Street, Kinston, North Carolina.
