Arendell Parrott freshman named third runner-up at Miss North Carolina’s Teen
Brie Rouse, a rising freshman at Arendell Parrott Academy, placed third runner-up at the Miss North Carolina’s Teen competition Saturday, June 27, at the High Point Theatre in High Point.
Rouse, 14, currently holds the title of Miss Johnston County’s Teen. She is the daughter of Chris and Amy Rouse.
During competition week, Rouse received a preliminary talent award for her lyrical and acro dance performance, according to the Miss North Carolina Scholarship Organization. She was named to the top 11 before advancing to the top five and finishing third runner-up overall.
Rouse competed as part of the Miss North Carolina’s Teen Class of 2026. Her community service initiative is “Lifting Legends: Honoring and supporting veterans, first responders, active duty military members, and their families,” according to the Miss North Carolina Scholarship Organization.
