Hog house destroyed in Greene County fire
A hog house was destroyed in an early morning fire Thursday in Greene County.
Snow Hill Rural Fire Department said members responded to Warrentown Road at about 4:13 a.m. May 14 for a reported structure fire. When units arrived, firefighters found one hog house fully involved.
Fire crews contained the fire, but the building was considered a total loss. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire had not been determined as of Thursday morning. Shine Fire Department and Fort Run Volunteer Fire & EMS also responded.
