RFQ2026C: Refrigerated equipment maintenance and repair

Lenoir County Public Schools Child Nutrition Department’s current refrigerated equipment maintenance and repair contract will expire June 30, 2026.

This request for quote is being released to allow eligible vendors an opportunity to submit a quote for refrigerated equipment maintenance and repair needs.

The Child Nutrition Department will accept one quote from each eligible vendor. Quotes must include all requested services for all Lenoir County Public Schools locations. Quotes that do not meet the minimum requirements will be rejected without consideration.

Lenoir County Public Schools Child Nutrition Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the assistant secretary for Civil Rights about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
