Lenoir Hospital Foundation’s 28th Annual Superball Golf Tournament: a Huge Success!

The 2026 Lenoir Hospital Foundation Superball Golf Tournament was a tremendous success! On October 8, 26 teams gathered at the Kinston Country Club for a beautiful day of golf, fellowship, and support for our community hospital.

A huge thank you goes to the businesses and individuals who helped make our 28th annual tournament such a success as well as the kind and professional staff at the Kinston Country Club. Whether you served as a sponsor, made an in-kind contribution, participated as a golfer, or volunteered your time on tournament day, your support played an important role in making this one of the most successful Foundation tournaments to date. We are truly grateful for your generosity and commitment to our mission.

Over the past 17 years, the Lenoir Hospital Foundation’s annual golf tournament has raised more than $520,000 to support the mission of UNC Health Lenoir. These funds help provide grants for medical technology upgrades, essential equipment purchases, community health initiatives, and scholarships that support the continued growth and development of healthcare professionals.

When you partner with the Lenoir Hospital Foundation, you are making a meaningful investment in the health and well-being of our community. Your generosity helps ensure that UNC Health Lenoir can continue enhancing the patient experience and providing exceptional care close to home.
