Public Notice: Request For Proposals Wide Area Network (RFP 2027WAN001)

Lenoir County Public Schools seeks to leverage E-Rate funding and seeks proposals for Wide Area Network (WAN) services under E-Rate Application #270001670 to support district facilities beginning July 1, 2027. Qualified vendors are invited to submit sealed proposals to deliver fully managed network connectivity across all designated school and administrative locations in accordance with the published RFP.

Vendor inquiries must be submitted via email to erate.procurement@lenoir.k12.nc.us by November 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. Sealed bid packages must be delivered to Charles White, Director of Technology, Lenoir County Public Schools, 2017 W Vernon Ave, Kinston, NC 28504, no later than the close of business on November 19, 2026. A public bid opening will be held at the Board of Education office on November 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST.
