PUBLIC NOTICE

CALL OF SPECIAL INFORMATION MEETING

A special information meeting regarding the Wyse Fork Volunteer Fire Department, Inc, a North Carolina Corporation, is hereby called to be held on the 30th day of May 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Wyse Fork Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. located at 6936 Wyse Fork Rd, Dover, NC.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide information regarding a proposed increase in the fire tax from 3 cents to 6 cents per $100 valuation for Jones County residents located within our fire district. Members of the fire department will be available to answer any questions.
