Seven Springs mobile home catches fire, no injuries reported

SEVEN SPRINGS - Shortly after 3 p.m., today, Lenoir County 911 received a call reporting a home on fire on Tony’s Lane in Seven Springs. Firefighters from Deep Run, Sandy Bottom and Albertson fire departments responded and found heavy smoke and flames visible from a double-wide mobile home.

Crews were able to bring the fire under control within an hour. The home received extensive damage. No one was at home when the fire started and no injuries were reported.

Lenoir County Fire Marshal’s office investigators are currently working to determine the fire’s origin.
