Public Notice: LCPS Request for Bids - Fire Panel Replacements

The Board of Education of Lenoir County invites bid proposals for the replacement of the Fire Alarm panel at South Lenoir High School. All proposals must be received via email or printed delivery on or before 10:00 a.m. on August 31, 2023. Prospective bidders should schedule and complete a walk-through inspection of the facilities prior to August 25, 2023. It is the responsibility of the bidder to field survey the facilities prior to making a proposal. By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that he/she has full knowledge of the requirements to fulfill the contract.

A walkthrough can be scheduled by contacting the school directly. South Lenoir High School can be reached at 252-568-6161. The primary contact is Elizabeth Pierce, Principal, or her designee. All walkthroughs must be concluded prior to August 25, 2023. Bids may be submitted via email to Charles White (cwhite@lenoir.k12.nc.us), Director of Media and Technology and Eric Adams (eadams@lenoir.k12.nc.us), Director of Finance for Lenoir County Public Schools. Printed copies of the proposals may be delivered to Charles White, Director of Media and Technology at 2017 W Vernon Ave, Kinston, NC 28504 prior to the closing date.
