Bid Format: SEALED BIDS ONLY. Faxed bids are not acceptable. Unsealed Bids will not be accepted. Any bid received after receipt date and time indicated above will not be considered.

Deadline/Bid Opening:

2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Jasper Barfield Jr. Board Room. No proposal will be accepted after the official time and date. Electronic responses will not be accepted. Offerors mailing responses should allow delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposal. The responsibility for getting the proposal to the Greene County Schools Board of Education Building on or before the specified time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the responding offeror.

Project Scope shall include:

(3) Evolv Express Single Lane 1, Indoor Wireless, hdv

(3) Evolv Express Single Lane 1 Software & Services for two years

(3) Included assembly, 10” tablet on floor stand

(3) Included assembly, 10” tables on desk stand

(3) Complete installation, testing & training.

2 years-Annual Maintenance including tech on site for each system

Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will be the sole responsibility of the contractor to make suitable arrangements to visit the facility and to familiarize him/herself with the work associated with this Request for Proposal.
