Public Notice: Private Schools Equitable Services Meeting
Lenoir County Public Schools will have a meeting on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. This meeting is to discuss the requirements for private school participation in the following Federal Programs: Title I Part A – Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged, Title I Part C – Education of Migratory Children, Title II Part A, Support Effective Instruction, Title III Part A – English Language Acquisition; and Title IV - Student Support and Academic Enrichment.
These programs will be operated in compliance with federal legislation and regulations, with policies and procedures issued by the State Department of Public Instruction. Lenoir County Public Schools will remain the fiscal agent of all funds.
