No certified food protection manager on site. 

Wet wiping cloth on drainboard. 

Some dust build-up on ceiling vents. 

Northeast Elementary School

Observations: 

One bag of shredded lettuce in walk-in was opened but not date marked. 

The metal stem thermometer was out of calibration. 

Milk crates are not approved shelving. 

2 lights out in walk-in freezer.

Floor in walk in freezer needs to be cleaned.

Observations: 

Dishwasher is not sanitizing properly. 

Written procedures shall be provided for time as a public health control of foods. 

Lid on dumpster has been left open. 

Mops need to be hung head down. 

Dust needs to be cleaned from ceiling air vents.

Build up on one hot plate pad. 

Trash cans in restrooms were not covered.

Observations:

Most of all the pans need cleaning. 

Shredded lettuce not date marked. 

All 3 thermometers are out of calibration. 

The brown bowls need to be discarded. 

Toilet needs better cleaning. 

Better cleaning needed on equipment. 

Better floor cleaning needed under equipment and along walls.

One wall/ceiling area in walk-in in poor repair. 

Condensation/leaking down to floor. 

Mops need to be hung head down. 

Walls in employee bathroom have peeling paint.
