Help wanted: Kinston Housing Authority - Public housing property manager

Job Detail

Under limited supervision, manages property, ensuring prompt rent collection, conducts move-in process, including lease execution, conducts annual re-examinations, interim rent adjustments, and other lease adjustments on time and completes court papers and participates in court for evictions.

Starting Salary $37,731.20 annually depending on experience.
