Position: Social Worker II, Regular, Full-Time,

Hiring Salary Range: $31,234 - $47,526
Duties and Responsibilities: The Social Worker II is responsible for an assigned patient case load of county residents that varies. Each patient assignment is based upon a referral from a private health plan, medical provider or other agencies providing prenatal services to county residents.
Minimum Education and Experience: BSW or MSW or meet SWII qualifications. Must have a minimum of one year of experience in health and human services and have experience working with women and children in a public health environment.
