Several dishes were visibly dirty.

Milk in front reach-in was above 41F and BBQ in back reach in was 51F-55F.

Many flies in kitchen.

Employees prepping food without hat or hair net.

Dry food bins, chicken prep sink, and inside and outside of equipment need additional cleaning.

Dumpster doors left open.

Employee dipped hands in 3-comp sink wash water as a source of soap for hand washing.

Employee returned from bathroom and dumpster and began food prep without washing hands.

Temperatures in prep unit and drawers were 42F-48F.

Many flies in kitchen.

Employee wore gloves outside to dumpster and bathroom and returned to food prep with same gloves.

Walk-in freezer floor covered in disrepair.

Walls behind equipment have splash and splatter and ceiling is stained.
