NWS: Heavy rain and flooding possible through Friday
From the NWS:
Periods of rain, combined with saturated soils and rivers/tributaries already in flood stage, will result in additional river rises and flooding beginning today and lasting through late Friday. Occasional periods of heavy rain could lead to localized flash flooding. River flooding will continue into the beginning of next week.
