Called Lenoir County school board meeting Thursday

As required by the state Open Meetings Law (§ 143-318.12. Public notice of official meetings), LCPS is notifying media outlets of a called meeting of the Lenoir County Board of Education at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 23.

The board will convene to discuss the FY 2021 planning budget in advance of its presentation to county commissioners in May. Because of restrictions related to coronavirus, the meeting will be held remotely.
