KPD make arrest in recent Breaking and Entering case
On Tuesday, November 17, 2020 Officers were able to identify Howard Earl Coley, age 55 of Tarboro, NC as the subject responsible for 2 Breaking and Entering cases at 160 Hwy 58 S. Kinston, NC. Mr. Coley was located in the Kinston area later the same day and he was charged with 2 counts of Breaking and Entering and 2 counts of Larceny after Breaking and Entering.
Mr. Coley was held in the Lenoir County Detention Center under a $5,000.00 secure bond.
