Help wanted: Lenoir County Accounting Technician II - regular, full-time

Salary range $24,329 - $42,934

This position performs intermediate level accounting work in the finance office and involves general responsibility for one or more accounting or financial management functions.

Minimum qualifications: Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in accounting, business administration, or other curriculum that would provide a core curriculum in financial management coursework; or a two-year degree in accounting from a business school or community college and 5 years of accounting or auditing experience; or graduation from high school and seven years of experience specifically in accounts payable and/or payroll.
