The two remaining Eastern Carolina Conference teams get early games Saturday in Greenville.

The NCHSAA 2A Eastern Regionals will take place in Minges Coliseum at ECU. The girls’ game is at noon where Kinston (25-5) looks to extend its 20-game winning streak and hand Farmville Central (26-0) its first loss of the season. The Vikings are in their second straight Regionals and look to make their first title game appearance since 2015.

Greene Central (23-7) is scheduled for 2 p.m. and the Rams have a fourth chance to defeat Farmville Central (30-0). The Jaguars won the first matchup handily 65-45 on Nov. 30, but the Rams kept it close in the next two matchups (72-64 on Dec. 7, 77-71 in overtime on Dec. 28). This is Greene Central's third straight Regionals and the Rams made it to their first state championship game in school history last year.

Tickets to the Regional Finals are $10.
