Farmer's Market Update - 3/30/2019

What's at the Farmer's Market?

We're still waiting, but will keep you posted as to when the market will officially open. It just can't be much longer. The market will open as soon as these two crops are ready to sell. Meanwhile, Rodney, the pork skin man, will be in his booth selling pork skins, pork rinds and fried peanuts on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If you are on the Keto Diet, these snacks are meant for you. They are also delicious with oysters, crumbled on baked potatoes and on salads.
