Help wanted: LCC Vice President of Workplace Development and Continuing Education
Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required. Doctorate preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive educational administrative managerial experience and effectively leading and supervising multiple employees, preferably in a community college setting.
Minimum of five years of experience with the North Carolina Community College System required. Experience in developing and implementing business and industry programs, working knowledge of federal programs that are governed by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, private industry experience and experience teaching in a higher education setting preferred.
